Rugby is Fiona’s passion and in 2004, she was elected President of Waterpark RFC (the 1st ever female president of a senior rugby club in Ireland). Currently, Fiona is the Chairperson of Waterpark RFC.
Katie was born and raised in the property industry and gained a wealth of knowledge & experience through her family’s business, South Eastern Construction Ltd.
Her background is predominantly in Sales & Marketing gaining a Sales & Marketing Degree in 2004. She has also just completed her HR Diploma.
Katie is a creative person with a keen interest in Photography. She is certified in New Born Photography. She also loves anything to do with home renovations and interior design.
Having worked as Sales & Marketing Manager for many years in the hospitality sector in Co. Meath along with owning her own events company which she eventually sold on to her main competitor in the industry.
Her path has always seemed to bring her back to the property industry where she feels happiest.
Sinead is our head Receptionist at Smart Move Properties and brings with her a mass of Office Administration and Customer Service Experience.
Sinead has built her experience through her years working front of office in a busy Property Management Company in New Ross along with many years being involved in Customer Services on Stena Line.
Most recently Sinead was head receptionist and looked after the coordinating of a team of circa 14 people in a heating & plumbing company in New Ross.
With qualifications in People Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing & Office Administration Skills; Sinead is a fundamental member of staff with the enormous amount of knowledge & experience she brings to Smart Move Properties.
Sinead has a great love for fashion and enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time.

Fresh out of his Auctioneering & Property Services Course in the College of Commerce in Cork, Jack has just recently received his Auctioneering qualification.
Jack is a valued member of staff and has been with us since August 2023 whilst carrying out his Auctioneering apprenticeship.
Jack has been gaining great experience in all aspects of the business from dealing with property maintenance issues, carrying out property inspections, photographing of properties to sales & lettings viewings.
An avid Manchester United Supporter, enjoys socialising with his friends at the weekend and has a great love for cars.
